Example of use
Loan for an NFT blue-chip to speculate
The user sees a rare NFT at a cheap price, but he has no spare $NTRN to buy it.
But he does have an Expedition NFT. He goes to goplend.org, makes an NFT deposit to the Neutron network, puts his NFTs in collateral and borrows USDC.
Next, he exchanges $USDC for $NTRN in Astroport, buys back the NFT on Superbolt and puts it up for 2x its value.
A week later, his NFT is bought, he pays back the debt + interest that accrued during the week. In the end, both the user and the protocol made money on it.

Increasingly, RWAs are using NFTs as evidence of asset ownership. So, for example, you can use an NFT gold bar as collateral for a loan. Of course, this applies to any RWA NFT. The CryptoGopniks team will just need to add their support to the price oracle
Loan for an NFT blue-chip to speculate
User sees 100% APR on Astroport in the NTRN/ATOM pool. User has blue-chip NFT and puts it up as collateral. He receives USDC and buys out NTRN and ATOM. Then, he puts NTRN and ATOM into the pool, gets rewards, from which he pays back the USDC he borrowed earlier + % that accrued during the loan. As a result, he is left with NFT, ATOM and NTRN. He made a profit and benefited the entire Neutron and Cosmos ecosystems
